Since 2022, Miles Import has strengthened its commitment to quality by obtaining two major certifications: Global G.A.P. CoC and IFS Broker. These certifications reflect our rigor and determination to ensure safe and high-quality products for our customers.

Quality Policy

In order to ensure optimal customer satisfaction:

Ongoing customer listening

We maintain daily communication with our clients, particularly through our sales representatives and our President, to ensure the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Respect for client specifications

We strictly adhere to our clients’ specifications and carefully analyze every complaint and rejection in order to build strong and lasting relationships of trust.

Risk assessment

We implement risk assessment systems (HACCP, Food Fraud, Food Defence) to control characteristics related to the safety, quality, security, authenticity, and legality of products.

Rigorous supplier selection

We select certified suppliers (GLOBALG.A.P, IFS Food, GRASP, etc.) to ensure products that meet the highest standards.

Monitoring of service providers

We evaluate our packaging service providers to ensure they comply with our internal standards, particularly the GG CoC certification.

Employee training

We continuously raise awareness and train our employees in the culture of quality and food safety.

Continuous Improvement

The information gathered through customer feedback, monitoring, and process oversight allows us to continuously improve our quality system and food safety. Under the leadership of Guy Lesvenan and the Quality department, we manage quality indicators to ensure compliance with our strategic objectives.

In line with this approach, Miles Import is proud to be certified IFS Broker, Fel Partnership, and Global G.A.P. CoC. These certifications enable us to distribute certified fruits, providing our consumers with a rich and authentic taste experience, while ensuring healthy products.

Miles Import has obtained the IFS Broker certification with a higher level.

Fel Partnership

Fel Partnership is an exceptional initiative in the fruit and vegetable sector, bringing together three major areas of activity:

   ● wholesale trading.

The process is based on several fundamental pillars:

   ● traceability,
   ● grading,
   ● hygiene,
   ● food safety.

To ensure strict compliance with Fel Partnership procedures, managers trained by the CTIFL (Technical Interprofessional Center for Fruit and Vegetables) are appointed within each partner company.

Finally, regular audits carried out by independent third-party organizations are conducted throughout the year among members, thus ensuring impeccable quality.

Global G.A.P. CoC

GLOBALG.A.P. Chain of Custody (CoC) is a system that guarantees the traceability and integrity of agricultural products throughout their supply chain. This mechanism ensures that products comply with the sustainability and food safety standards established by GLOBALG.A.P. The chain of custody requires every actor, from production to distribution, to follow strict protocols and document all stages of product transformation and handling.

This includes:

● regular inspections,
● audits to ensure compliance with GLOBALG.A.P. requirements.

By implementing this system, companies:
